  Sales staff are knowledgeable about their products and know the correct questions to ask their customer! We have never had a mattress salesperson ask about back issues before, that was so refreshing. Our purchase process was smooth and fast. Delivery took place exactly in the window of time we were told to expect. Delivery personnel were pleasant and clean! Our new mattress, adjustable base and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud. We only have great things to say about this Mattress Firm and Kevin and Javil.

  Javil John was an amazing salesman. We came into the store to look with no intention of purchasing anything but he was so knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and accommodating. Our desire to visit at least three stores changed and we purchased an entire bed set and accessories at the first place we came, Mattress Firm. His professionalism and warm personality made our decision easy. We highly recommend the store, product and Javil.
