I gave it a whirl using the free 7 day pass and fell in love with it! You get a great workout from start to finish and everyone is super nice and helpful. I’ve only gone to 13 classes (but I did it in about 3 weeks!) and already feel so much stronger. First class I couldn’t hold a plank to save my life and I am already holding it for almost 90 seconds straight! Could not recommend enough!
